This Refund & Return Policy outlines when items purchased from the official Ali Caldwell online store may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Most items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This includes digital downloads, custom-made merchandise, autographed memorabilia, limited-edition items, hygiene-related products, clearance items, bundles, and any products labeled “Final Sale.” Digital content is non-refundable under any circumstances.
We accept returns only when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Issues must be reported within seven days of delivery and may require photo documentation. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item or arranging an exchange if inventory permits. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify.
Orders fulfilled by third-party vendors are subject to their return policies. In some cases, only replacements, not refunds, are available for items fulfilled by print-on-demand or partner services. We will coordinate these returns or replacements with the fulfillment partner on your behalf.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a provider’s mistake. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take five to ten business days to finalize after inspection.
Returns sent without approval, returns submitted outside the allowed time window, and items damaged by the customer will not be refunded.
