This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through the official Ali Caldwell online store, operated by 2Maro Media Inc., are processed and delivered.

Orders fulfilled directly by us generally process within three to seven business days. Items fulfilled through third-party providers, such as print-on-demand manufacturers or merchandise partners, may require five to fourteen business days due to production requirements and provider-specific workflows. During high-volume periods such as holidays, tour promotions, or limited-edition product drops, processing times may increase.

We ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other carriers used by third-party providers. Delivery times vary based on your location, carrier capabilities, and customs processing for international shipments. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

If your order contains items from multiple fulfillment partners, your merchandise may arrive in separate packages. Each shipment will include its own tracking number, which you will receive via email once your package is shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, destination, and carrier rates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses submitted during checkout, or failure to retrieve delivered packages. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, the customer may be responsible for reshipment fees.

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled. Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation are not eligible for replacement or refund, although we will assist in filing a claim when possible.
